This range includes invert liquid sugar at different inversion rates. Invert sugar is obtained by acid hydrolysis of sucrose under controlled time, temperature and pH conditions. This ingredient is a liquid, slightly yellow, transparent mixture of fructose, glucose and sucrose, with no impurities.
