Chestnut Farofa and Brazil Nut Oil 
    
    
        
            
                
Ingredients:
    - 2 cups coarsely chopped mixed nuts
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1 small onion cut into cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- ΒΌ cup Brazil nut oil
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
    - Start by browning the onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of Brazil nut oil.
- Add the chestnuts and let them brown lightly.
- Add the cassava flour and the remaining Brazil nut oil, let it brown for a few seconds and finish with the raisins.
- Adjust the salt and serve.
