Basil and Sacha Inchi Pesto
Ingredients:
¼ cup Sacha Inchi oil
3 cups of basil leaves
½ cup tea roasted sunflower seeds
2 cups watercress
½ to 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, mix all ingredients and blend until it turns into a cream.
2. This pesto is great for seasoning hot or cold pasta, grain salads or just to spread on some bread.
