Corn Farofa (brazilian dish) with Organic Toasted Babassu Oil
300g of fraked cornmeal
½ chopped onion
60ml of Organic Babassu Toasted Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Braise the onion in Organic Babassu Toasted Oil in hot frying pan; wait for the onion to wither and add the flour.
2. Stirring constantly, cook until flour is well moistened with stir-fry mixture.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
