Palm Heart Soup
300g palm heats, medium dice
4 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
½ white onion, small dice
¾ cup homemade chicken stock
¾ cup milk cream
1. In a sauce pan sweat onion with Brazil nut oil.
Add palm hearts and cook it for about 1 minute.
2. Add chicken stock, let it simmer for 7 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat and add milk cream.
4. Blend until smooth.
