Pink Hommus

Ingredients

300g cooked chickpeas

100g roasted beets

5g raw garlic

¼ cup Brazil nut oil

1 tablespoon minced rosemary

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoons salt

Directions:

1. Food process all the ingredients until creamy.

2. Serve with bread and crackers.
