Roasted Tomatoes and Goat Cheese Bruschetta
2 slices Italian bread
6 tables spoons Brazil nut oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1. Preheat the oven at 250C
2. Lightly oil the bread and toast it.
3. In a baking sheet combine tomatoes, salt and Brazil nut oil.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes.
5. Spread the goat cheese on top of the bread slices. Top with roasted tomatoes and basil leafs.
