Sweet And Sour Charred Brocollini
1 bunch broccolini
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 teaspoon chilli pepper
1 tablespoon shoyu
1 tablespoon liquid whole sugar
Salt to taste
1. Heat a griddle oiled with sunflower oil, place broccolini only when griddle is really hot. Let it lightly burn and turn over. Repeat until the broccolini gets charred.
2. Place charred brocollinis in a bowl, add the roasted sesame oil, sugar, shoyu, liquid whole sugar and salt. Mix well and serve either hot or warm.
