Warm Radicchio Salad


1 radicchio

5 tablespoons Brazil nut oil

½ garlic clove, shredded.

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons Boursin (Goat cheese)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved.


1. In a bowl mix vinegar, garlic, honey and Brazil nut oil.

2. Grill the radicchio until it starts to get soft.

3. Mix the grilled radicchio, the dressing and the cheese.

4. Eat it warm!
