Chocolate Ganache With Cupuaçu
Ingredients:
150g 70% chocolate, chopped
30g cupuaçu butter
1 ½ cups of water
1/3 turbinado sugar
200g extra firm tofu
Directions
1. Boil water and sugar until sugar melts.
2. Blend sugar, cupuaçu butter and tofu. Once the mixture is smooth add chocolate. Blend until it melts.
3. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
