Ginger Cookies


1 and ½ cup of almond flour

½ cup tea brown rice flour

1/3 cup sugar

¼ cup Sacha Inchi oil

10g ginger, finely grated

½ teaspoon of baking soda


1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients, if need add 1 to 4 tablespoons of water.

2. Shape cookies as you like, place on a baking sheet with 1 sheet of parchment paper.

3. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake cookies for about 10 minutes. When they come out of the oven, they will be still slightly soft, wait until it cools down to eat.
