½ cup wheat flour
¼ cup water
¼ cup mashed guava
1 teaspoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons liquid whole sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1. In the blender, beat the guava, flour, water, sugar, flour and coconut oil until smooth.
2. Add the baking soda and slowly mix with a spatula.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little bit of coconut oil. Pour the batter to the size of the pancake you want to make. When it turns golden and firm, flip it.
4. Serve with more liquid whole sugar, fruits, peanut butter or jam.
