Mango Mousse

Ingredients:

4 cups ripe mango coarsely chopped

340g natural yogurt

3 tablespoons cupuaçu butter

3 tablespoons psyllium

Directions

1. Melt cupuaçu butter. Blend psyllium, melted butter, yogurt and mango.

2. Pour in small bowls, let it cool 3 hours in the refrigerator.
