Passion Fruit Pancake
1 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons passion fruit oil
½ cup of sugar
1 to 2 cups of water (you will have to add water as the batter gets dry)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sunflower oil as needed
chocolate chips to taste
1. In a bowl mix flour, oil, water and sugar. Whisk until it is smooth. Add the baking powder and stir slowly.
2. Heat a small frying pan with some sunflower oil. Pour just enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan, add chocolate chips and cover with a lead. When golden brown, turn the pancake over and repeat the process on the other side.
