Peanut Butter And Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients:
300g brown rice flour
3 tablespoons tapioca flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
300ml of water
1/3 cup peanut butter
¼ cup turbinado sugar
¼ cup liquid whole sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Directions:
1. Combine rice flour, tapioca flour, cocoa, water, peanut butter, turbinado sugar, liquid whole sugar and salt. Beat with a whisk until smooth, add baking soda and pour batter on a floured baking pan.
2. Bake on a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes or until the brownie is baked.
