Savory Pie Crust


1 ½ cups brown rice flour

½ cup cooked chickpeas

4 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons tapioca flour

¾ cup water


1. Preheat oven at 200C

2. Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil and mix well.

3. Add one tablespoon of water at the time, until dough gets hard.

4. Press dough on an oiled pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust gets hard.

5. Fill pie with the filling of your choice. Bake again for more 8 minutes.
