500g grounded chicken breast
3 tablespoons passion fruit oil
¼ cup of grated parmesan
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Form the patties. You can make either small or big patties.
2. In a preheated frying pan add a little sunflower oil, then add burgers, close with the lid and turn when golden. Repeat the process with the other side.
3. Serve it as you like. In the photo, we used Australian bread, mozzarella and a touch of gorgonzola.
