Flounder Fillets With Brazil Nuts Croast
4 flounder fillets
1 cup Brazil nuts
½ garlic clove
¼ cup + 1 table spoon amaranth flakes
4 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat the oven at 230C.
2. Roughly ground the brazil nuts and the garlic in the food processor.
3. In a bowl combine amaranth flakes, salt and grounded Brazilian nuts.
4. Top each fillet with nuts and amaranth mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
