Nuts Farofa
Ingredients:
2 cups nuts mix, coarsely chopped
1 cup cassava flour
1 onion, small diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup brazil nut oil
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of Brazil nut oil, sauté onions and garlic.
2. Add nuts and toast it. Add cassava flour and the rest of oil.
Let it toast a little bit.
3. Add Salt and raisins.
