Peanuts And Cupuaçu Pasta Sauce


200g pilled toasted peanuts, soaked overnight

300ml water

1 tablespoon cupuaçu butter

½ cup chopped onions

1 garlic clove

Sal to taste

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon rose pepper


1. In a sauce pan Sweet onion and garlic. Add Water. Pour water in a blender, add strained peanuts, cupuaçu butter, lemon juice and salt.

2. Serve with pasta of your choice, Top with rose peppers.
