Tenderloin Medallion With Pure
Ingredients:
4 Tenderloin medallions
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper
3 cooked potatoes
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
8 Brazil nuts
Directions:
1. Season medallion with salt and pepper. Grill in a non-stick pan with a little bit of olive oil.
2. In a food processor puree potatoes with warm water, Brazil nut oil and Brazil nut and salt.
3. Serve pure and medallion together.
