Thai Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 kaffir lime leaves
5cm lemon grass
¼ teaspoon turmeric
2 pieces dry galangal root
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook it in low heat for about 20 minutes, until the rice is cooked the bottom of the pan is dry.
