Tilapia Ceviche With Brazil Nut Oil


2 filets of Tilapia, large dice

½ cup chopped cilantro

1 small red onion, thin salad slices

1 red pepper, thin slices

1 lemon, juiced

2 tablespoons Brazil nut oil

3 Brazil nuts, chopped

½ cup crunchy thin sweet potatoes fries

salt tt


1. In a bowl mix: Tilapia cubes, onion, salt, lemon, cilantro, red pepper, Brazil nuts and Brazil nut oil.

2. Transfer to a platter and top with sweet potato fries.
