Açai Salad Dressing


100g unsweetened açaí pulp

4 tablespoons of açaí oil

2 tablespoons cane molasses

2 tablespoons lemon or apple cider vinegar

Salt to taste


1. In a bowl whisk all ingredients until smooth. You can also use a blender.

2. Good to be eaten with salad, meat or fish.
